We specialise in providing planning, building regulation and structural engineering drawing packages for private homeowners and developers for projects such as extensions, loft conversions, internal alterations and new builds as well as a professional and well-planned construction delivery.

Our Director
Sabir is a degree qualified Civil/Structural Engineer from University College London. After graduating, he went on to work for one of the UK’s leading design consultancies within the Rail Sector on some of the country’s most challenging infrastructure projects such as Crossrail and HS2. He was the Senior Structural Engineer for the Crossrail West Stations project as well as on 12 Footbridges on the HS2 route, amongst many other projects.
He then went on to work in the residential property sector using his technical experience to manage the construction and management of some of London’s most coveted and complex developments.
On the back of the above experiences, Sparrow Design & Build was established to provide the same level of professional services to private residential homeowners and property developers.
