Viraj is an accomplished architect with a wealth of experience and a passion for turning visions into reality. His educational journey includes a Master’s in Architecture (MArch) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Architecture from the University of East London, complemented by a BETEC Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Arts & Design from Harrow Weald College.
With over a decade of experience, Viraj has honed his skills at various Development companies and through freelancing projects. In his last role, he served as a lead designer for 1 year and 6 months, successfully navigating projects through RIBA Stages 0-7. His ability to build strong relationships with clients, collaborate with planning officers, and conduct on-site visits has been a cornerstone of his success.
In his freelancing journey since January 2020, Viraj has completed 94 private projects, all with approved planning. His expertise spans a wide range, from residential extensions to large-scale developments and conversions. Viraj excels in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, ensuring precision in drafting and presentation.
Beyond the drafting board, Viraj is a dynamic individual. His love for football sees him on the field three times a week, and he balances his professional life with a passion for travel, gaming, and exploring new food spots throughout the UK.
